About Us

WHAT IS VRV?

A  VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume/Flow) system is a highly efficient, zoned HVAC solution that precisely controls heating and cooling in different building areas by varying the amount of refrigerant sent to each indoor unit, allowing simultaneous heating and cooling in different zones (with heat recovery) and offering exceptional energy savings over traditional systems by only using the energy needed, making it ideal for commercial and high-performance residential buildings.

Is VRV best choice to my house?

  • Energy Efficiency: Uses only the refrigerant needed, modulating compressor speed to match demand, which drastically cuts energy waste

  • from duct loss (common in traditional systems).
  • Zoned Comfort & Customization: Each room or zone gets precise, independent temperature control, with options for various indoor units (wall, cassette, etc.).
  • Simultaneous Heating & Cooling (Heat Recovery): Can heat one area while cooling another by moving heat around the house, further boosting efficiency.
  • Quiet Operation: Inverter-driven compressors and ductless design make them much quieter than central systems.

Ideal For:

  • VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems are an excellent choice for many homes

VRV FOR COMMERCIAL

  • Space Savings: By using small refrigerant piping instead of bulky ducts, VRF frees up valuable ceiling/wall space and eliminates the need for large mechanical rooms, ideal for retrofits or space-constrained buildings.
  • Quiet Operation: Less ductwork and variable-speed compressors mean significantly lower noise levels, creating a better indoor environment.
  • Flexibility & Scalability: Systems are modular, easy to expand, and offer various indoor unit styles (ceiling, wall, floor), adapting well to changing layouts or business needs.
  • Lower Maintenance: Running at variable speeds reduces wear and tear, potentially leading to a longer lifespan and less maintenance.
  • Environmental Impact: Higher efficiency translates to lower carbon emissions, supporting green building goals.

Ideal For:

  • Buildings with diverse loads (e.g., hotels, offices, schools).
  • Retrofits or historic buildings where duct installation is difficult.
  • Locations where quiet operation is crucial (e.g., libraries, recording studios).
